How do I fund my wallet?

Can I withdraw money from my wallet?

What are the wallet limits?

Limits depend on your verification tier. Tier 1 allows up to ₦50,000 total balance and ₦10,000 per deposit. Tier 2 (verified BVN and phone) allows up to ₦1,000,000 balance and ₦200,000 per deposit.

What if a transaction fails?

Failed transactions are reversed to your wallet automatically. If a purchase stays pending, open the support chat from your dashboard and share the reference.
