A common problem for resellers: your customer funds their wallet on your site through a regular payment gateway, but your service provider balance is separate and low — so their purchase fails until you withdraw and top up your provider account.

With PowerWave, it works differently. Every reseller can generate a dedicated account number for their business — a static account for repeat customer payments, or a one-off dynamic account per order. When a customer pays into it, the money lands straight in your PowerWave wallet, which is your provider balance. So the moment they've paid, they can buy — no separate top-up step, no failed orders. Verification

What you need to get access

API access and reseller wallet-funding accounts require verification. There is no separate application: you become a reseller by adding your business (you can save it as a draft first). Verifying your account and adding your business are two steps you can do from the same place in your dashboard.

How approval works

What happens after you add your business

  1. Complete your KYC verification (tier requirements above), then add your business in the dashboard - save it as a draft and finish it whenever you like, then submit it with your business details and website link, if you have one.
  2. Our team reviews your submitted business and, where applicable, your existing website — usually within 1–2 hours.
  3. Once your business is approved you are a reseller: reseller prices start, and your API keys, webhook and/or reseller account numbers become available in your dashboard. A Reseller Website purchase is set up by our technical team within 24 hours.
